That's me. Half way through an Ironman 70.3. Cooking my guys.
WattsBelow came about on a zone 5 Watt bike session - one of those ones where you question your life choices.
I got off the bike with the same nagging thought about my fertility and hormonal health - I'd read about intense cyclings impact on male fertility and I was half way through Ironman training - definitely far, far in the danger zone.
And I, as a 27 year old, wasn't alone - I'd spoken with fellow cyclists, guys in their twenties, up to guys in their forties who all had this thought, but hadn't done anything about it.
So I made what I needed and what many other men needed - a cotton based pair of boxers with an efficient zip pouch and a slim, cooling pack that kept my guys call on any ride.
My mission is that we can all push watts, without sacrificing below.
